Leela is the founder of VividExistence and Vividly Woman. A facilitator of groups and individuals for over 20 years, she is an expert in the field of body, self and soul. With charm, fun, sincerity and sensitivity, Leela gets people into their bodies, more deeply connected to themselves, and more open to connecting with others. Her many studies, trainings, work with individuals and families, shamanic initiations and rich life experience add depth and dimension to her skills. Celebration, compassion and authenticity are the heart of her teaching, inspiring and nourishing the dance that is her aliveness and her delight in sharing it with others. She is passionately devoted to living and sharing this dance with all individuals who dream an ever more vivid existence!
"I have a vast background in the movement, therapeutic and healing arts. My extensive dance studies gradually evolved from physical training to become spiritual and transforma- tional practice. When I experienced the very sudden death of my father as a teenager, I turned to dance as a way to heal and re-open my very wounded and shut down heart. Over and over, dance has lead me back to the depth of my own soul and continues to be a path for intimate communion with the true essence of life. I'm blessed to facilitate events internationally in the celebration of creative personal development and transformation, spending time in community with others who are living passionate, expressive, dance rich lives".
VividExistence and Vividly Woman are featured partners and major donors to Women For Women International, bringing aid to women survivors of war. Leela is the creator of the the Vividly Woman on-line 10 month course that engages women in re-connection with their own sacred sensuality in service of our sister survivors.
