Praise for Radiant Heart Groove

As a man, its a challenge to get into these types of exercises naturally. We men are in our ego minds so much of the time it seems. You made it easy, fun and safe, and I had amazing, powerful energy all day because of it. I follow the routine on DVD several times a week for variety and energy. It WORKS! When I do your routine I feel more energetic, balanced and true. I also feel more clear, focused and organized. Bottom line is I feel UNSTOPPABLE in living my purpose with passion when connecting thru this routine.

I want to thank you for Radiant Heart Groove.  I feel well when I do it and really treasure what is evoked in me when I move with you.  I also wanted to share that my daughter LOVES it.  She just turned 11 on Saturday and routinely asks to do it with me or on her own if I am unavailable. While I was away last weekend my daughter did the DVD with my husband and 8 year old son! I just wanted to share that picture, of a whole family embracing what you offer.
